Particularly great for USB Audio
2009-10-19I use a USB audio interface to connect my laptop to my stereo. I have several. They all sound good. The sound is much better than plugging into the computer's headphone jack. Some months ago, a high-end audio magazine reviewed various expensive USB Audio units but also mentioned cables. Incredibly, they stated that the Belkin USB Gold Series provided the best sound. I bought one on Amazon, rather inexpensively, and sure enough, compared to my generic cable, my computer music sounded smoother, nicer, and more like good home CD player. If you have decent stereo components, the cables you use can and do make a difference. If good computer audio is important to you, give this cable a try!

Works great!
2009-05-16Bought this to attach new printer to computer. Good price, works just fine. Have had good luck with Belkin before. Can't think of much else to say about a cable.

Right cable at the right price
2008-09-19Perfect USB cable for my new printer. Top quality, durable. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and nothing it shouldn't.
Circuit City was selling this very same product for $38. I paid just over $8 on Amazon (I bought it a month ago, and the price has gone up by a couple dollars since then, but it is still a major bargain). DON'T BUY SOMETHING LIKE THIS AT AN ELECTRONICS OR OFFICE SUPPLY STORE AND PAY THEIR EXORBITANT PRICES!!!

Great Product
2006-01-08I bought this USB Cable online alot cheaper than I could have in any electronic store. I thought 30.00 was to much to pay for this cable. Cable works great with my all in one printer, fax and scanner.

It's worthwhile to white balance every time you use your camera to get the highest quality video. If your camera doesn't have this feature, it may have an automatic or internal system. What white balancing does is adjust the intensity of the colors being recorded according to the existing light. Make sure you white balance every time the lighting conditions change; if you record video inside and then go outside, your lighting conditions have changed and you need to instruc ...
Driving with a cell phone is a lot less dangerous than driving on prescription drugs
There's a lot of debate today about the safety of using cell phones while driving. Statistics show that those who use cell phones while driving cause a much greater percentage of accidents than those who avoid using their cell phones. And the studies have shown that it's not just the physical coordination required to punch numbers into the cell phone while you're trying to work the vehicle that causes accidents; it's actually the lack of attention resulting from driving and talking on the cell phone at the same time. It seems that when you're distracted, you're more likely to cause accidents.
In terms of public safety, it's probably correct to say that banning cell phones would reduce the number of traffic accidents. But I think, more accurately, it depends on the person. Some people are operating on, shall we say, lower power CPUs in their heads to begin with. They might be zoned out on prescription drugs, and when you add a cell phone to the equation, they do become a danger to the ...
