The Best Nursing Bra by Far - a MUST HAVE2007-04-07
All of Medela products (nursing pads, lanolin, bras, pumps, etc...) are definitely the best that I've tried (and I've tried most all mainstream brands).

This bra in particular is EXTREMELY comfortable on sore nipples. I have sensitive skin and nipples and I found this to be the best there is (Bravado was too rough for me as were some other night nursing bras I tried). The material is sort of a pantyhose type of material where when you slip it on, it feels as though there's nothing there but it protects and supports your sensitive breasts (especially important during the first several weeks of first time nursing). It's not really a bra that you'd want to wear on an evening out as it's more of a sports type bra and it would not support adequately for high impact activities (like aerobics, etc...) but it's perfect for around the house or errand running or low impact activities such as yoga. As a larger breasted women (especially breast feeding - I went from a 36DD to a 36G), this bra works perfectly for me for support and comfort. It's a MUST HAVE for anyone who is breastfeeding.
So Comfy!!!2006-05-10
This is by far the most comfortable sleep/leisure bra I have tried. I bought it 3 weeks before delivery as a 36C and it's the only bra that fits now (3 months post delivery) after losing the baby weight and slimming down to a 32D. The clasp needs two hands to fasten, but is easily opened with one hand. It offers a good amount of support, but I would definitely NOT reccomend it for any sort of physical activity beyond yoga. All in all it is well worth the money and then some!
Bravado bras are better2005-12-10
I agree with Rebecca -- Bravados are more simple, more flexible, and more comfortable.
not useful once baby arrived.2005-11-05
I got this bra when I was pregnant and wore it confortable until my delivery. After my delivery the bra was too small. With the engorged breast after delivery and just carrying mature milk afterwards it is just too small. I wasn't told that my breast would get even larger after delivery. I thought they were big just before delivery.

I decided to go w/ bravado bra. It has worked out much better. It is comfortable to wear day and night. And as the milk comes in and out it is comfortable either way. The sizes are more flexable then medela. The strap support is better then medela.

I have packed up the medela bras and will just use them during pregnancy if i have another. No use for them when i am not pregnant or for breastfeeding. And breastfeeding is their main purpose.
Comfy enough to sleep in2005-09-02
I love this bra! It is very comfortable, I hardly notice I have it on. The soft stretchy material is perfect. The closure hooks are easy to use once you use them a few times and get familiar with how to open and close them. I am glad I bought this nursing bra and I highly recommend it.
