DAB Nutrition Says...2008-11-10
I talked with Dan at DAB Nutrition at their customer service #800-775-5713 and he blamed Amazon for a "technical error" mismatching the price of these diapers for "ziplock bags". He says it is Amazon's fault. He also said that they are "working on it". I asked what he meant by that and he said that they working "on a mass e-mail" to explain the problem. I told him that there are many angry customers on Amazon. He gave *no apology*.

Amazon issue? DAB Nutrition issue? There is a massive blame game going on here, and I am not happy.
did my baby change shape?2008-10-24
I've used Huggies diapers with 3 kids because they fit better than the other big brand, being "baby-shaped." However, the last two boxes from amazon have been rectangular. They still claim to be baby shaped, but the shape of my son hasn't changed and the diapers have. They still cover his hiney and absorb the same.
it cant be bad than this2008-10-13
They were really bad..
poop leaked out many times and it got really messy.... it leaks from back-top and from sides.
My baby is not a huge baby and specs says upto 14-15 lb, but side elastic leave marks on baby's leg even when he was 12lb.
Gentle and sturdy2008-10-05
Great for sensitive skin! My kid gets a rash with any other diaper and pull-ups. These are better than the 'Natural Fit', because there is more padding and less leakage. The added padding is not tremendous- it doesn't inhibit movement and has helped cushion the falls of toddlerdom! I love these diapers and recommend them to all moms. The ONLY reason I don't give them 5 stars is that I've had to throw out at least 3 diapers per pack due to ripped seals or tabs. Still, I don't use anything else.
Great diaper2008-09-30
I love the Huggies diaper. It fits my kids well. I have kids on the large side and the stretchy waist band works great for them as well as for thinner kids. Once I received a pack with defects. When I reported it to the company, they were very nice and understanding ... and sent me coupons for free and reduced product!!!

Alternatives to Laser Eye Surgery
You've rejected LASIK and custom LASIK options such as VISX, LADARWave and LADARVision. Where do you go from here? Your laser eye surgeon may recommend LASEK, which saves 160 microns more corneal tissue, or PRK, especially if you have thin corneas. But you have other laser eye surgery and vision correction options:* Intacs Corneal Implants and lens implants such as Clear Lens Exchange (reversible procedure)* RK (not allowed if you're also a candidate for the military, and just reduces myopia)* Automated Lamellar Keratoplasty (ALK--unpredictable)* Astigmatic Keratotomy (AK, rarely performed and only for oval corneas)* Conductive Keratoplasty (CK, for patients over forty, temporary reduction of farsightedness without a laser)When weighing laser vision correction and non-laser eye surgery procedures, you need to ask your surgeon about the risks and benefits. If you're under 40 years old, you may discover that you're willing to take the laser vision correction plunge.
Tonometry
Test Overview A tonometry test measures the pressure inside your eye, which is called intraocular pressure (IOP). This test is used to help detect glaucoma, a group of eye diseases that can cause blindness by damaging the nerve in the back of the eye (optic nerve). Damage to the optic nerve may be caused in part by fluid that fails to drain properly out of the eye. See an illustration of the eye. Tonometry measures IOP by determining the resistance of your cornea to indentation. Eyedrops to numb the surface of your eye are used with most of the methods used to measure IOP. Noncontact tonometry (pneumotonometry). Noncontact (or air-puff) tonometry does not touch your eye but uses a puff of air to flatten your cornea. This type of tonometry is the least accurate way to measure intraocular pressure. It is often used as a simple way to screen f ...
