DO NOT BUY - NO SUPPORT!2002-12-20
After only two months, the unit appears mechanically broken. I discovered there is NO SUPPORT. Endless TOLL calls keep you on hold forever without ever reaching a person. E-mail messages to tech support go unanswered. I check around the net to discover several examples of poor or no support. Do yourself a favor = avoid QPS products.
