good basic program
2009-06-24good basic program, sufficient to edit digital pictures -- doesn't contain all the unnecessary and confusing bells and whistles of the subsequent versions,

Photoshop 2, I have been lost without you..
2009-05-16As I live in New Zealand and it cannot be purchased from you to be sent to New Zealand, I had it sent to a friend in Kentucky. A releative of mine has gone to Kentucky and is going to bring it back for me but I probably won't get it until July. I look forward to receiving it as I have used Photoshop 2 on my old computer for the past 7 years and I have found it to be an excellent proramme to aid me in the art work I do. I unfortunately lost my C.D. of the programme and cannot therefore put it onto my new computer and I am lost without it.
I have Photoshop 5 which is excellent for my photographic work but not nearly as handy as Photoshop 2 for my other work.
I am so greatful that I could buy it from Amazon as I haven't been able to buy it from anywhere else, and as Amazon do not sell software to New Zealand it has taken me years to be able to access it. As it is a new copy I am sure it will be excellent but I will let you know when I get it if I have any problems.
Thanks so much for the service you provde. We in this small country of New Zealand would be lost without your vast range of products. Just a pity we cannot access all of them.

Old version of Adobe Photoshop
2008-06-25We purchased this item to replace a similar lost program that we use in conjunction with our scanner. Older version works well with the scanner so no need to pay more.

Quite Satisfactory at a MUCH lower Price
2008-03-20After taking Photoshop class at our local college, I realized how much I would use certain Photoshop tools. Photoshop Elements gives me all of the tools that I would use most frequently, at a MUCH lower cost than for the full program. I use these tools daily.

Photo Shop Elements 2.0
2007-08-09Ok for beginners I saw a demo of a newer edition (6.0?) it's a little more user friendly in some applications.
