Customer Reviews

Dusted this one off after 2 years of storage...
2008-03-27We've had this printer for quite a while now and it hadn't been used for over 2 years till recently. It's an above average to mediocre printer (Image wise), it's friggin' noisy, sometimes takes an age to print a doc. But the sole reason I'm giving this thing 5 stars (Apart from the fact that it still works) Is the fact that the Ink cartridges still had tons of ink in them! I'm so used to ink jet printers drying out after about 2 weeks-1 month of non-usage I simply wasn't expecting this thing to still have a usable ink cartridge in it, much less have it's nozzles totally unclogged after only one deep cleaning cycle. Let me repeat that; It hadn't been used for 2 YEARS, and the thing still had ink to spare.
In short, if you rarely use your printer, and have found that every time you DO use the bloody thing that you have to blow 30-70 bucks on a new cartridge, get this printer, you won't regret it.

A real work horse
2007-04-18Bought two i320's in 2003 for peanuts. Use one for business (I'm a Realtor) and one is used by my four children. Ink is cheap ($3.50 for black and $4.50 for color over the internet)and finally the one my kids use just broke. Never even cleaned the heads. I'm going to buy two more right now, one to replace the broken one and one for the wife. Great product!

STILL working great !!
2007-01-19Have had this for a long while and it still works great - the ONLY thing to warn others about is that the color ink does NOT flow through (but have had this a LONG while, so can't complain). I use it now for documents and letters, and for those that do NOT need full-color items printed.

Canon i320 Printer
2005-09-23Upon arrival via priority mail and connecting to computer, received error message. Tried to resolve with seller and onsight;but could not. Am returning printer for full refund. Seller agreed. Again very helpful and ready to satisfy the customer. Perhaps, damaged in shipment, not sure what occurred.

awesome
2005-05-27I bought this printer for 1 thing only: to print text which I do a lot of. 1 word-AWESOME. Cheap ink; i only replace the black since I'm only printing text. About 7-8 dollars; probably can get it cheaper if I shop around on the internet. Not thirsty. Reliable as hell. Supercheap printer. I occasionally clean the inkjet heads, etc. but barely spend any time on maintenance. It maybe a little slow on the warmup and a little noisy for some but I don't think so. I use XP by the way. I think I got it for 25 bucks with rebate. Hey, for that price.
I don't usually waste time writing reviews but this product was worth. Totally exceeded my expectations in every way.
To sum up: cheap; cheap ink; not thirsty; reliable;
