Customer Reviews

Just what I needed, great quality, great price!!!!!!!!!!
2010-03-11I needed a VGA Splitter to hook up a third monitor to my machine that would allow me to project to customers. Most splitters distort images due to signal power loss from splitting the signal. This unit is powered, which amplifies and duplicates the video signal without loss of video quality.
The only con is this unit requires a gender changer, which can be purchased for about $3 on Amazon. Not sure why the company would design it this way.
For the money, you cannot beat it!

WOrked perfect out of the box!
2009-11-24This item worked perfectly out of the box. You DO need the male to female converter or the male to female extension. But I read the reviews and knew this ahead of time so I ordered the needful. Once I got the item, I hooked it up, and it worked just perfectly. There is no comprimise for the quality of the images. No noise coming from the unit and installation was a breeze. I would highly recommend this unit to people who are interested in splitting their image output from their computers.

Plug and play, couldn't be easier.
2009-11-13I use it to split between my computer monitor and a projector, via 25' cable.
Strong signal, never a hiccup. Just plug in the cables and turn it on.

VERY NICE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT
2009-08-29I bought this splitter to see the computer video in a computer monitor and a Plasma TV. The video quality is very good. I tried before another splitter, but the video quality was bad. You need to check the bandwith of the amplifier to be shure that the video quality will not suffer. Now, people are using more resolution for their wide screens so the bandwith increases.
The only minor problem was the connection between the computer and the splitter was male-female cable. The connection between the computer and the monitor is always male-male cable.

A Solid Product
2009-07-06This Splitter produces a great signal with a trim and sleek form factor. Keep in mind that the input requires a female VGA plug.

Core 2 Duo Scaling
Laptop Scaling
Intel's Core 2 Duo is easily the best mobile processor on the market today, boasting sky-high performance and low power consumption. But which CPU is for you: the super expensive T7600, the bargain-priced T5500, or something in between?
This article will first take a look at the various versions of Core 2 Duo that Intel has to offer. We will compare Core 2 Duo clocked at four speed grades: 2.33GHz, 2.16GHz, 2GHz, and 1.83GHz in a variety of benchmarks and let you know how to get your best bang for the buck.
Note: We will refer to a Core 2 Duo “T7000multiple times in this article. We were unable to get a Merom sample with 2MB L2 cache, thus we lowered the clock speed of our 4MB L2 model to 1.83GHz to perform near that of the T5600 (1.83GHz, 2MB L2 cache), resulting in our unofficial “T7000nomenclature.
