Windows XP Problems -- poor support
2004-12-14I used the product just fine with added software for Win 98 SE, but when I upgraded to XP Pro, I have not been able to get it to work. I have downloaded drivers and talked to tech support but still have not gotten the problem resolved!!

Works beautifully
2004-06-01Are you looking for a reliable compact multi card reader? Look no further. This usb 2.0 card reader reads and writes CompactFlash (CF), Secure Digital (SD), Multimedia (MMC) and SmartMedia cards plus Memory Sticks and IBM Microdrives. I've used the CF, SD, and SmartMedia slots many times and have never had any problems. I use it on my Windows XP, and the card reader uses Mass Storage Compliance technology so there is no need for drivers. Just plug it in and transfer your files faster than you can dream of compared to direct link from your digi cam or pda.

In terms of public safety, it's probably correct to say that banning cell phones would reduce the number of traffic accidents. But I think, more accurately, it depends on the person. Some people are operating on, shall we say, lower power CPUs in their heads to begin with. They might be zoned out on prescription drugs, and when you add a cell phone to the equation, they do become a danger to the ...
