excellent job at clean up.

Meanwhile... here's a use I discovered today... if your house has a gnat problem, you can mix the soap with water to kill them off. :)
All in One!2008-09-08
I bought this to use as a shampoo and body wash, but I have discovered that it makes my shower sparkle when I clean with it! And I love the smell!
Just what I was looking for!2008-08-06
This is the first castile soap I have ever used and like Dr. Bronner claims, there are many uses for it!! I now use it in my laundry with a mixture of washing soda, and a vinegar rinse cycle and in my opinion it cleans well. I have used it to shave my legs and wash up in the shower; it suds up well but rinses clean quickly and leaves your skin moisturized with the actual "squeaky clean" feeling. Also, it's effective at cleaning around the house with.

A little bit can go a long way and the 32 oz bottle can last a long time. The fragrance is pleasant and sometimes overwhemling but otherwise I have no complaints!
best detergent for delicates2008-08-03
I looked forever to find a detergent for my silks. Not only does this do the trick and make my laundry smell wonderful, I now have replaced woolite with this amazing organic option. It deep cleans clothes and smells great, and it leaves clothes fresh and new looking. Better than woolite for delicates! I especially like smelling the lavendar on my pillowcase (silk). AWESOME!
A godsend!2008-05-06
The first time I saw this, I was showering at my bf's quad and his neighbor had a bottle of the almond sitting out. I noticed it had writing all over it and started to read, thinking "what the heck IS this?". Needless to say, one day I decided to try it because the list of ingredients was short, simple, and natural. I ordered 8 oz of almond and lavender just to try them out, in case it didn't agree with my skin which on top of being oily, is sensitive too. The lavender ended up being my (and my skin's) favorite and bigger bottles are in my future! While this soap won't rid me of my hormonal acne, it doesn't irritate it further, blackheads aren't as noticeable anymore, and my skin appears more healthy and even-toned...the smell also soothes and relaxes. I suspect the lavender oil could be the difference. (the almond made me break out)

Well anyway, I'm hooked and lucky for me it's so affordable! Go out and give them a try!

Out-Of-Network Benefits
While most PPOs these days have active participating provider networks, should the need arises to seek services from a care provider who does not belong to your PPO network, you are completely free to seek that care and still receive benefits from your PPO health insurance plan. That flexibility is one of the key benefits of belonging to a PPO. However, even though the services you receive from an out-of-network provider will be partially paid for by your PPO insurance, you will end up paying a larger share, or co-pay, of the total charges. In-network physicians have agreed to accept a lower reimbursement from your PPO in exchange for receiving more patient referrals. Out-of-network physicians are not bound by that agreement. The PPO will pay an out-of-network provider the same reimbursement it would pay an in-network provider, and the out-of-network doctor will then pass the rest of the bill on to you for payment. While it is best to make sure you can afford the additional expense be ...
Guided Imagery In Hypnosis
Guided imagery is a specific practice in hypnosis whereby a subject is asked to envision certain items or scenarios. This method is particularly effective when correcting health problems or negative behaviors. For example, imagine you have a fear of flying. With guided imagery, your hypnotherapist may ask you to envision riding in a plane that is held aloft by a pair of giant hands. Ideally, the next time you fly, you will remember this feeling of safety and your fears will diminish.
