2009-04-09I was looking for a dock for my camera and searched the internet. Amazon had the product I was looking for and at amazing good price than I had seen before. The dock allows me to charge my camera with all the wires than using using the old charger and even lets me down load pictures from it at one station and one setup point. My camera stays ready for use at any time. Thanks Amazon.

fun and easy to use
2006-11-11i like the ease of use. i bought this product because i had lost my camera adaptor. it's very easy to use but i did experience problems. the first is that it cannot seem to fully charge the battery that is in the camera when it's sitting in the dock. the light keeps blinking, meaning its still charging. its not that big of a deal since the dock can charge another battery in another compartment in the base. the only other problem that was frustrating was the installation of the software that came with it. my computer did not seem to launch into the installation process. after researching on the internet about other simular problems associated with this scenerio, i found that you have to keep inserting the disk until it takes. so i tried like 6-8 times and it installed with no problem.
this dock is very handy though. you can transfer images to your computer with a click of a button and you can hook it up to your tv and view the images. the remote is very simple to use. this is a truely great concept of a product with a few glitches. without the glitches, i would have given it 5 stars.
