2007-08-09I just saw the price from the seller. $ 700.00!!!!!!!!! 5 months ago I paid $279.00 My next system has to have a 5 cd player!

dont waste your money
2006-05-19Bought first unit from Best Buy and it lasted 6 mos. Tried to replace it under service warranty because CD's skipped terribly on all CD's, new and used. BB didn't carry the unit anymore so I bought another at Walmart. It lasted about 12 months and the same problem occurred.
I like the sound for the money but the quality is very poor and it is consistent with the poor quality of Sony customer service. They said I should send it back to them, at great expense, and they would repair it. The last one I sent back to Best Buy cost them $69.00 in shipping.
Stay away from this unit.

Lasted almost 9 months!
2006-01-29Piece of cr@p!. Brought it to a local (SONY authorized service center who, after having it for 6+ weeks, called to say that they couldn't fix it and that SONY wouldn't send them the parts. They said that SONY wanted me to pick it up from the local service center and bring it to a UPS store to mail to them (for $> 25 shipping and handling). I emailed SONY to ask why they wouldn't authorize shipping directly from their authorized local service center. I got a canned response back (in under two minutes) that they didn't think they could resolve my issue by email. Obviously they have a natural language processing program (a computer program that trys to figure out what you want) that works about as well as this product. (Here's what they sent me: "We apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing. Unfortunately, based on the information in your letter we will be unable to resolve your issue through email. It appears that your product requires service. The location of our Sony service center, as well as any available local, Sony authorized, service centers, is available online at..." )
I replied to the email and got no response.
Since I didn't want my daughter to have to go another 6 weeks with a stereo in her room, I am going to call it loss and buy her another system today. And definitely not a SONY!!!!!!

Great cd player but you have to
2005-11-29place your speakers where your want them the splice the wire on the back of the speakers with 16 speaker wire for the center unit. Also, found out works very_very will with XM radio, just use the front game ports.

Why You Should Use A Mini DV Camcorder
Introduction
The mini DV camcorder has many advantages to offer its users. If you enjoy your digital video camera you will also enjoy this. The mini DV camcorder is easier to take with you than the regular sized cameras such as the hi definition camcorder, or the hi-Res camcorder. The size of this camcorder is one of its big advantages. The features this camcorder can offer are also great. Some cameras offer more features than others, so make sure that the camera has the features you want.

Generally when design, performance and technological improvements are made on electronic products there is a reduction in size as well to make them more compact.
For example the early day radios were built in large cabinets and required radio vacuum tubes. Eventually, transistor radios were constructed and were more portable. Today, a radio can be as small as a wristwatch.
Camcorders have also evolved in tec ...
Professional video camera
A Professional video camera (often called a Television camera even though the use has spread) is a high-end device for recording electronic moving images (as opposed to a movie camera, that records the images on film). Originally developed for use in television studios, they are now commonly used for corporate and educational videos, music videos, direct-to-video movies, etc.
There are two types of professional video cameras: High end portable, recording cameras (essentially, high-end camcorders) used for ENG and EFP image acquisition, and studio cameras which lack the recording capability of a camcorder, and are often fixed on studio pedestals. Portable professional cameras are generally much larger than consumer cameras and are designed to be carried on the shoulder.
Technology
It is common for professional cameras to split the incoming light into the three primary colors that humans are able to see, feeding each color into a separate pickup tube (in older cameras) or charge ...
