Because of Fekkai Tecnician conditioner, I have enviable hair
2008-10-30This magical conditioner makes my damaged, dry, porous, split-ended, sometimes bushy hair into beautiful, soft, sparkly, healthy curls. I get many compliments. No other conditioner has so consistently made my hair look and feel so adorable...and it lasts the whole day, and sometimes more. Not sure what it is in this stuff that makes it work so well, but it's better than anything else I've ever tried, and I have tried a lot. I am a scrupulous researcher of products, and this one is the one that works. I keep the price down by paying $35.00 for 16 oz, as opposed to paying $23.00 for 8 oz.

Why did I wait so long?
2008-09-28I wanted to try this product for over 4 years but just couldn't justify the cost. Finally, I broke down and bought the travel size of the shampoo and conditioner and there was just no going back. Normally, I have to spray special conditioners in my hair to get a brush through it with out screaming. I washed my hair, let it dry and then brushed it and had hardly any resistance. My hair feels stronger, thicker, more shinny and incredibly healthy. I can't stop touching it! I used to have to wash my hair every day and now I could go a day or two if I had to and I wouldn't be able to tell. I feel like a hair model! I instantly got compliments on my hair from friends that didn't even know I had switched. This is ridiculously expensive and I'll have to adjust my budget somewhere but I don't think I'll ever give it up!

Amazing
2008-09-06I have long curly hair that tends to be dry and picky. This is a great hair day in a bottle everyday and I am only about 2 weeks into mine. Definitely buying more. Well worth the extra $$$

Finally the one that works!
2008-08-25I really like this conditioner. A little goes a long long way. Most other conditioners weighed down my hair or left it so baby fine that it was flat after blow drying. This conditioner is perfect! My hair is easy to style and it shines like crazy. I first bought the smallest size they make of this product and after using the entire bottle, I KNEW that this is the product for me. Now I can condition my hair and still have shine and body!

Great product but too expensive
2008-04-29It has left my hair extremely soft & shiny but I don't think it's worth the money...Matrix does just about as good of a job for about a third the price.

Help for Dry Hair
Coarse hair tends to look dry, even if it's not. You might just need to condition more (but not with a leave-in conditioner, which can increase the appearance of dryness) as well as use asiliconeserum to seal in moisture and add shine. Sometimes we think of hair that is damaged from processing as being dry; if this sounds like you, see the section on damaged, overprocessed hair.
Truly dry hair is caused by heat and the elements, so the first step is prevention: Try to avoid using overly hot dryers and heat-styling implements, and wear a hat or scarf if you're going to be exposed to sun or wind for a long time (at the beach or skiing, for instance). Don't wash your hair every day, but do shampoo often enough to remove dirt and buildup, about two or three times a week.
When you do wash your hair, use shampoos and conditioners that contain
humectants. Leave the conditioner on your hair as long as possible. About once a week, do a deep-conditioning treatment.
Get the Look: Mischa Barton's Makeup
If you watch any television at all, you probably don't need to be told that Mischa Barton is the star of the wildly popular teen drama The O.C., Neutrogena's fresh-faced "It" girl and Keds' new darling. At barely 20 years of age, she's a virtual emblem of young-adult celebrity. Here she is at the Cannes Film Festival, looking every bit the sparkling youth icon. We asked makeup artist Deborah Grayson how to get her fresh, pretty, less-is-more makeup look.
Step 1: Prep skin by washing with a gentle exfoliating scrub to roll off surface dry skin and debris. This'll give your face a polished glow.
Step 2: Lightly apply a moisturizing gel to the face and neck to soothe and hydrate skin.
Step 3: Next, lightly moisturize eye contours by patting under-eye cream around the lower perimeter and outer corners of eyes.
Step 4: Skip foundation for this look. Instead, use a cream concealer with a flat-headed concealer brush. This way you'll be targeting specific areas, not covering the entire face w ...
