Duo of Truffle Butter

When I received this item I was disappointed in the White Truffle tub. It was not filled completely like the Black Truffle one. When I did finally hear from the company it was generically explained to me that "...settling occurs...". In butter? I find that fasinating that solid butter has that ability. I guess the product was left to melt and then refridgerated? Nice...that's fresh? Any way you try to explain it prepare for possible "settling". Or worse, get an email from the company apologizing for the less than perfect order and wait over a week for a reship that never comes. This company does not get their emails. Then when they do, they send out a promise to make up for the item and do nothing. My time and my neighbors's time were wasted watching for this product to arrive. This is butter after all and I live in Florida. When it never came I sent an email to them about this unacceptable set up and heard nothing back. Lousy customer service. Diana N.
