This particular flavor is my favorite and I am so glad I found it!

2008-07-06I first had this company's tea in Seattle. It is a little shop at the famous open air market, Pike's Place. I highly reccommend their Red Bush and Spice tea. In fact, the Red Bush tea has 50 times the anti oxidants as green tea.
The Huckleberry was a bit too fruity for me and the smell is overpowering in my storage cabinet.

2007-02-09I tried this for the first time and I love it! The berry flavor really comes through and the tea is mellow and smooth. Probably a good idea to add a little sugar, it really seems to bring up the berry flavor. Another winner for Market Spice Teas!

Teacher Certification
There is no current national certification program in the United States for yoga teachers.You should always ask about a teacherīs qualifications before beginning instruction. Where was the teacher trained? What type of yoga does the teacher specialize in? If possible, ask to attend a class before signing up. I personally enjoy trying different teachers. I find that every teacher has a unique approach and manner. This gives me a renewed outlook on my own practice.
