Perfect for the trash can or dump2009-05-24
Marginal color quality at best. Takes 6 cartridges which are expensive and don't last long. Limped along until shutting itself down with automated message stating "internal parts have reached service life" (whatever that means) rendering the printer inoperative. It is now a boat anchor. We are stuck with boxes of Epson cartridges which will be thrown out rather than replacing this piece of junk with another Epson product.

So, I purchased this printer a little over 3 years ago. I am not gonna lie, I just wanted the coolest printer I could. Boy, did I get that and then some!

First, I found this to print my documents very efficiently. I couldnt be happier with it's speed and quality options.

Next, the photo printing is outstanding! I don't even use my computer half the time! Just stick the SD card in and use the screens to select the pictures to print.

Also, the on-disk printing is a really neat feature. I do wish printable CD-Rs and DVDs would be easier to find, but I find they are cheaper than the direct-disk labeling that comes with some DVD burners, and printing onto them is much faster than the laser-etching.

All in all, a wonderful printer and I look forward to using it for the next 3 years.

Sale of used Epson Stylus R320 Photo Inkjet Printer.
The product was in good condition. I consider the sale to be a good one, but
there were problems. I was able to find solutions so that I could adapt
the printer to my computer. Evidently the former owner had a Windows PC
and I own a Mac.

























Epsom Stlylus R-340 discontinued ?2009-02-04
Epson R-340 is discontinued but if you liked the ever popular glitch ridden

R-220, this could offer some solace. I bought this because I could no

longer find the R-220 . It is hopped up R-220 . I bought it because there

is no learning curve for me. The unit has some of the same glitches as the

R-220. I love the ease and quality of printing DVD's with this line of

printers. Great quality and easy to find 3rd party ink cartridges !
Epson stuff doesn't last.2008-12-14
This is the 3rd Epson printer I've owned and will be the last.
All three are ok at first - with as-advertised to mediocre quality, then after a year or two, stuff starts to happen. Mostly with the paper feed system. Nothing is more fun than paper "jams" on every page when you're on a deadline. If you like wasting your time fixing and dealing with printers, then this is your baby. If you'd rather just get your page and get to work, well... not so much.
