great but not for small hands
2008-11-11Great pad! functional and easy to set up. It is a little heavy and big for kids. My four year old still prefers his logitech precision.
I prefer this pad, so no arguing with the four year old :-)

Great controller, very good value.
2008-10-19I bought this gamepad for about $25 with shipping brand new. It's built very well and has buttons for pretty much any function you need, though I mainly have only used it for emulators. I play N64 and SNES games on my computer and the controller works well playing Goldeneye, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, etc.
The wireless funtionality works well, it seems to be very smart about power conservation, as you can see from other reviews the batteries last a good while. The manual says the rumble-feature will be disabled when the batteries get low (you can turn this on/off with a button on the middle of the gamepad as well) and than the batteries should last another 100hrs. I assume the vibration feedback sucks up a lot of juice if you get that much additional time when it's off, so use it as you need to.
The wireless dongle is small, a little bigger than a mathcbox, and has an LED inside to display its status. (i.e. blinking at constant rate shows scanning mode when controller(s) not connected)
Great product esp. for the price. Can't go wrong here!

Awesome
2008-10-07This I must say was better than any other controller I've ever used for gaming also the first wireless gaming controller I ever had and I must say I'm very impressed

Not Mac compatible as stated in Technical details!
2008-10-04I bought this because the technical specs say
it is PC-MAC compatible. IT IS NOT! The package
clearly states PC...but being optimistic, I opened
it anyway - and discovered that the software comes
on a mini-disk. Mini-disks are NOT Mac compatible.
$30 down the drain.

Using it without regret.
2008-09-28I bought it recently and use it mostly for emulators like SNES or PSX. Works great, no problems observed yet.
