I recieved a defect product. The all of the cassettes in the package shredded either immediately or after a few pictures. I have purchased the same product at a store - installed it and the printer works without a problem. After two weeks I still have not recieved a refund or a replacement

"This business has really aweful customer service. If anything not right, they won't refund or resend the item you supposed to receive. Insted of refund or change, they will ask you to send the defected item to the original maker's customer service." And after they got my feedback, abiously not high grad review, I got the email from them about that they want me to remove my negative feedback. Now, I really doubt abuot it.
slow, but excellent photo quality2007-07-03
although I use my regular printer for day to day photo printing, the Sony is great for printing crisp photos for scrap booking. If you have a ton of photos to print, you might want to just take them to a lab because of the time it takes for each print.

time and very happy with the quality of the
paper & prints. Much more vinbrant than I anticipated.

Pictures that Pop!2005-10-24
The photo quality and color are excellent . . . they really jump out at you. Everyone compliments our pictures and two people in our family have purchased the Sony Picture Station printer. Sometimes I'll get 79 pictures instead of 80 but have not had the problem the previous reviewer had with the print quantity. We've printed over 1,000 pictures at home and we love this photo paper and the Sony Picture Station! This paper is cheaper at Amazon than anywhere else . . . We paid $45.00 at another well known store.
