Kodak Easy Share Z650 Camera and Printer Dock
2007-01-09I haven't really had much of a chance to use this camera. So far I haven't been able to quickly look up how to use instructions as the set came with two instruction manuals for the printer dock but did not have one for the camera itself. Both Amazon and Kodak did not have one to send so it was suggested that I download the manual from a PDF file(77 pages!) from Kodak's web site. I think I was sent a previously purchased and returned product as the prompt on the screen to E-mail photos already had some names programmed in it and the tape on the box had been unsealed, although everything seemed to be repacked OK. It even came with a lens adapter for the Z740 camera. There was no mention of this being included with package. This is my first digital camera that took me a long time to make the decision to change from a regular film load camera but went with the digital as my son has the Easy Share DX4530 but I wanted the 10X zoom. This has more features so really needed an easy way to learn the camera, not by having to download or look up on website to find instructions
Printer dock is fairly simple to use and printed out a nice photo.

Finding the Right Digital Camera
By Dave Etchells
Finding the Right Digital Camera
The overall goal of the Imaging Resource website (www.imaging-resource.com) is to help people chose and use digital imaging technology as effectively as possible. As simple as they are to use, choosing the right digital camera involves a number of decisions. Key issues are computing platform, image quality, onboard image capacity, exposure versatility, feature set, and included software. In this article, we'll lead you step-by-step through some of the issues to consider in making a purchase decision, and at the same time, suggest some things to look for in the test images we've collected on our website.
We're interested in your feedback and experience! We invite you to elaborate on this article by leaving comments via the database link at the bottom of the page. You can also give feedback in our "Forum" discussion-group section.

The types of camcorders
If you are planning on purchasing a camcorder, you should be familiar with
the types of camcorders and how they can benefit your specific needs. The
formats of video cameras include, VHS, VHS-C,
8mm, Hi8, Mini Digital Video (Mini DV), DVD and Digital 8. Each format has
its pros and cons
VHS
The VHS format is the oldest type of camcorder. This type of video camcorder
is fast becoming outdated, because you can only play back
the video on a VHS VCR system. VHS
camcorders are not nearly as clear as digital
video camcorders that offer clear video with 540 lines of resolution,
VHS video cameras only offer 240 lines of resolution. They also weigh more
and are much more bulky, that dv camcorders. You can only find these video
camera used because their technology is now outdated.
VHS-C
The VHS-C format offer 240 lines of resolution, just like VHS. These analog
camcorders come in a smaller size that the VHS camcorder models, but use
the same technology. The video tapes u ...
