Omron HR-100C Heart Rate Monitor
2008-08-12Doesn't work for me. It isn't an easy product to understand. I don't get much out of the instructions. The heart rate part won't start up for me.

Omron Heart Monitor
2008-08-12First one of these I've owned and it is a little more than I expected as far as use goes. It does appear to be pretty well made and works very well. I'm please with my purchase and the Amazon experience.

Great HR Monitor - Recommended
2008-08-11This is a great and inexpensive HR monitor for those who do not need all the bells and whistles of the more expensive ones. Works perfectly and is more accurate then the HR monitor on my $1800 eliptical trainer!

good deal
2008-08-11works well. sometimes i have to fidget with the band to get a read .. but overall it is great and does the job. no reason to spend more than $40 on something like this if all you want is a heart rate.

Great HRM!
2008-08-09This is a great heart rate monitor! I like that I don't have to slow or stop my workout to check my heart rate. The alarms (I set it at 60% and 85% of max.) are helpful. Using this monitor has helped me keep my workouts at a level that is aerobic (beneficial) rather than too much exertion reaching the anaerobic zone.

Note: We will refer to a Core 2 Duo “T7000multiple times in this article. We were unable to get a Merom sample with 2MB L2 cache, thus we lowered the clock speed of our 4MB L2 model to 1.83GHz to perform near that of the T5600 (1.83GHz, 2MB L2 cache), resulting in our unofficial “T7000nomenclature.

It's worthwhile to white balance every time you use your camera to get the highest quality video. If your camera doesn't have this feature, it may have an automatic or internal system. What white balancing does is adjust the intensity of the colors being recorded according to the existing light. Make sure you white balance every time the lighting conditions change; if you record video inside and then go outside, your lighting conditions have changed and you need to instruc ...
