Mucinex helps Emphasema2008-08-30
My wife suffers from Emphasema and must take six tablets per day to help keep her lungs clear. Mucinex does this job extreemely well.
Mucinex a Good But Pricy Product2008-02-23
Mucinex is time released guaifenesin. Very pricy, but a great product. It thins the mucus in your body and works wonders with congestion and the "gunk" that forms in your sinuses. In years past you could buy generic time released quaifenesin at your pharamacy. The FDA pulled those products from the market. However, I took the generic versions for years and they also worked great. With the others out of the way Mucinex makers can charge what they want. Amazon.com's price for the 500 count bottle is good. I've done a lot of price shopping. I take two tabs twice a day, everyday. It greatly reduces the number of sinus infections I have.
Mucinex Expectorant eliminates sinus headaches2007-06-16
Mucinex Expectorant eliminates sinus headaches. I love it. I have been using it for years, with no sinus headaches. Wonderful. Amazon has the best price.

Mucinex LA2007-01-11
Finally, this product is available at an affordable price! Three of us use it twice a day, and buying the little 40 tablet bottles was VERY pricy - enough to tempt us to skip it, making allergies, sinus and asthma symptoms worse. Still not down to the price of the old generic that Adams drove off the market with their phony patent lawsuit, but a little better.

Companies Focusing More Effort on Employee Wellness
In this age of computers, more and more jobs keep us chained to a desk all day. This doesn't do much for our overall wellness, physical or mental. The good news is that many workplaces are learning that happy, healthy employees are more productive and cost them less. The Wellness Councils of America (WELCOA) work together with corporations to build "Well Workplaces," a type of corporate wellness program. By implementing a Well Workplace program, companies are showing that they care about the wellness of their employees. These initiatives teach employees how to make more positive lifestyle choices, like designing a wellness program that focuses on proper diet, yearly health screenings and regular exercise. A Well Workplace is healthy not only for the employees, but also for the company's bottom line. For more information on making your workplace a Well Workplace, visit WELCOA's Web site at http://www.welcoa.org or call them at 402.827.3590.
