Best Compatibility for Panasonic DVD Camcorders2007-12-20
There are many manufacturers that offer mini-DVD discs for camcorders. However, not all are created equal. First of all, most Panasonic products prefer or require DVD-R format discs instead of DVD+R like most Sony products use. I have tried Memorex, Maxell, TDK, Fuji, JVC, Sony and Ritek discs in the past. The Maxell, TDK and Sony discs worked flawlessly, but I had problems with several of the Memorex, Fuji and Ritek DVD-R discs. Most of the JVC discs worked OK but a few of them would not finalize properly. Recently I started using the Panasonic DVD-R discs exclusively and have had flawless results. I guess it only makes sense that Panasonic would make discs that are perfectly compatible with their DVD camcorders. I'm not saying that you should only buy the Panasonic discs for a Panasonic camcorder, but beware of the cheaper brands. You're better off spending an extra dollor or two and getting the better quality that will net you successful recordings of your precious memories. So far every single Panasonic DVD-R disc has working perfectly and so I will continue to purchase this brand for my Panasonic camcorder.

We will compare Core 2 Duo clocked at four speed grades: 2.33GHz, 2.16GHz, 2GHz, and 1.83GHz in a variety of benchmarks and let you know how to get your best bang for the buck. Note: We will refer to a Core 2 Duo “T7000multiple times in this article. We were unable to get a Merom sample with 2MB L2 cache, thus we lowered the clock speed of our 4MB L2 model to 1.83GHz to perform near that of the T5600 (1.83GHz, 2MB L2 cache), resulting in our unofficial “T7000nomenclature. The Core 2 Duo Processor Intel has two lines of Core 2 Duo processors: notebook and desktop. Core 2 Duo for notebooks is codenamed Merom, while Core ...
Digital camera batteries
Batteries are vital for all photography and makiing sure that you have a spare set is essential if you intend to take alot of pictures. Print digital also recommend that when deciding upon a digital camera keep in mind what sort of batteries it takes. Does it take rechargeable batteries, are the batteries built and do you have to plug it into the mains, or does the camera only take standard batteries, if so then it can become exspensive if you are a keen photographer and use the camera alot. There are three types of rechargeable batteries: NiCD, NiMH and Lithium-Ion. Nickel Metal Hydride are the most popular rechargeable batteries at present. They hold more charge than their counter parts NiCD and don't suffer from memory effect. The one small down fall of these batteries is that they will loose a small amount of charge even if they are not being used, so be sure to check the batteries before using them. When you purchase a new digital camera make sure to ask what type of battery ...
