don't get cheap ink
2010-03-12The Canon ink may cost more, but it is worth it for the quality and lack of mess.
One time I decided that the name brand ink was just too expensive, so I bought the cheaper generic ink. What a mistake. Every cartridge leaked from the second that it had been packaged until it was completely empty. Every time that I had to replace a cartridge I dreaded it. I had ink on me, the printer, the table, everywhere. The quality of the generic ink was also sub par.
From now on I will stick with the Canon ink.

Great Product, Great Price
2010-02-15I always get a much better price deal from Amazon on the ink for my Canon printer. Shipment is usually free and fast. Will continue to purchase through Amazon unless price/quality changes.

Excellent, reliable product. Very fast shipping!
2010-02-10Canon printer cartridges are always reliable. I've used several others that weren't. This is a very good price for genuine Canon product & the shipping is much faster than I expected. Just the right combination for those who've run out of ink unexpectedly! Thank you.

Does NOT work with MX 7600
2010-02-04Purchased these for my Pixma MX7600. The tank does not sit right. Nor does the machine recognize it! Buy the correct ink tank for the MX7600 and skip this one!

Camera basics: shutter-speed, aperture and ISO
In this article, I’ll introduce you to the basic elements that you can use to control exposure in your shooting. If you have a digital SLR, there will be a way to set all of these controls on your camera, but since they differ between manufacturers and models, you’ll need to refer to your camera’s manual to find out exactly how to change them.
All cameras, whether an ancient film camera, or a more modern digital, work in pretty much the same way. Photographs are taken by letting light fall onto a light-sensitive medium, which records the image. Traditionally, this has been film, but more recently, it tends to be a digital sensor. The more light that falls onto the film or sensor, the lighter the image.
Put simply, a camera consists of a light-tight box that stores a light-sensitive device (either a film or a digital sensor), a lens that magnifies and focuses the image onto that light-sensitive device through a hole in the box (called the aperture) , and a shutter that opens ...
Digital camera batteries
Batteries are vital for all photography and makiing sure that you have a spare set is essential if you intend to take alot of pictures. Print digital also recommend that when deciding upon a digital camera keep in mind what sort of batteries it takes. Does it take rechargeable batteries, are the batteries built and do you have to plug it into the mains, or does the camera only take standard batteries, if so then it can become exspensive if you are a keen photographer and use the camera alot.
There are three types of rechargeable batteries: NiCD, NiMH and Lithium-Ion. Nickel Metal Hydride are the most popular rechargeable batteries at present. They hold more charge than their counter parts NiCD and don't suffer from memory effect. The one small down fall of these batteries is that they will loose a small amount of charge even if they are not being used, so be sure to check the batteries before using them.
When you purchase a new digital camera make sure to ask what type of battery ...
