Love the nodules, but hard to get on and off the hitachi2008-11-24
I really like this attachment. To me, it helps diffuse the power of the wand. Even on low power, it tends to be too strong for my personal liking. I like how it kind of evens out the pressure. However, it was extremely difficult to get on my hitachi. Luckily, I just keep it on. If you plan just to use it on occasion, I don't recommend.
You don't really need it2008-10-26
This goes on the Hatachi Magic Wand, and possibly others. However, it really dosen't add much to the wand. The Hatachi is all you need.

Weight loss rules
1. Start with your body fat assessment. Maybe your body fat percentage is OK and you don't need to lose weight.2. If you are not overweight but still not happy with your body image, work on your body image improvement: do posture and flexibility exercises, learn how to walk, run, jump, and dance to look light and gracious. Learn what to ware, how to apply makeup, and cut your hair to look slimmer.3. If you are overweight, choose a diet that's right for you. The best way of doing this is using a free diet analysis tool offered by most of online diets, e.g. eDiets.com - then stick with your plan!
Diverticulitis & Sonoma Diet Foods
Diverticulitis is a health condition that occurs when small pouches in the colon (diverticula) become infected or irritated from which fact is understandable why seeds and nuts are not advised for this diagnosis. However, it's not the fibers that makes tomatoes, blueberries, nuts, and the such a "no-no" when one has diverticulitis but the shape and size of the particles after you chow on these foods. The problem can be solved the two ways: juicing and blending/sifting. If you choose to squeeze these foods for juice, make sure you have not only the clear liquid but also the soft pulp because fiber is good for people with diverticulitis. Another way is to blend, then to pass the food through a mesh sifter, pressing the pulp hard to rub it upon the mesh. This leaves you the most nutritious part or tomatoes and berries without the bad for you tiny hard particles. Nuts can be processed in a coffee grinder to make flour, then used in baked dishes, desserts, or nut butters.
