ACDelco D1985D Switch Assembly

This online purchase was the best I have made to date. I got a great product at a great price and I couldn't be happier. I have to say that most of my experiences with buying online have all been satisfying right up to the point where the shipping fees finally appear on the invoice. Sadly, in some cases, I have actually canceled the purchase because of unfair shipping charges. This time I was extremely pleased. The shipping was 100% free!. What's even better, however, was the fact that I was actually given a choice of shipping options from free to next day air. This was very pleasing and had me feeling, throughout the whole deal, that I was being treated with respect as a customer. I don't expect shipping to always be free but I do expect it to be fair. I don't think anyone could argue actual shipping charges but, when the online companies take that one factor and twist it for a couple, or a few extra bucks, it makes the deal less of a deal and customers like myself will start looking elsewhere.
