KINGSTON DOES IT AGAIN
2008-08-26I LOVE THIS KINGSTON DATA TRAVELER. IT WORKS GREAT AT KEEPING DATA I WORK ON AS I TRAVEL, AND AS I WRITE MY BOOKS. I DON'T LOSE DATA IF I SHOULD HAPPEN TO HIT A KEY OR A "MISPLACED" BUTTON NOW AND THEN AS I WRITE. IT IS TRULY A "LIFESAVER". I AM SO GLAD I BOUGHT IT AND THE SMALLER VERSION TOO.

Good value
2008-08-25So far, this USB memory stick seems robust and it works in a wide variety of machines without having to install new drivers. It's very nice that the cap fits on the other end of the drive, like a pen cap, so I'm less likely to walk off without it. However, I wish the loop at the end were slightly larger. It's barely large enough to jam on a standard key chain loop, and once on it's so tight that the memory stick won't slide around the ring with the rest of my keys. I gave up carrying it on my key chain for this reason; now it lives in the bottom of my purse.

No problems at all, fast and easy storage.
2008-08-17Not sure what else to say other than the Kingston Data Traveler 2 GB USB Drive (DTI/2GB) has been great for me for quick backups, moving files, and keeping small programs on the go with me. I've had mine 6 months and it's fast & smooth. Just plug it in and you've got a new drive to copy files to and take them on the go. Lightweight, small, and inexpensive. Most of all, mine has been reliable and that's what's important.

Excellent For Photos
2008-08-16I purchased this about a month ago, and I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use simply by copy/paste from C: to the memory stick. That's all there is to it. I found it plenty fast enough for my purposes which is to store photos. I am going to purchase another one for other files as well. I really don't think anyone could go wrong with this easy-to-use data device.

Love it...
2008-08-16I bought 3...so far. Eceryone works just fine and I'll be loading mine with pictures and stuff to send to my sister in FLA. And then get another.
Like I said before, There's not alot to choose from, but this is one of the better products. Get one, you can't go wrong and it's a great way to keep stuff to show others.

Camera basics: shutter-speed, aperture and ISO
In this article, I’ll introduce you to the basic elements that you can use to control exposure in your shooting. If you have a digital SLR, there will be a way to set all of these controls on your camera, but since they differ between manufacturers and models, you’ll need to refer to your camera’s manual to find out exactly how to change them.
All cameras, whether an ancient film camera, or a more modern digital, work in pretty much the same way. Photographs are taken by letting light fall onto a light-sensitive medium, which records the image. Traditionally, this has been film, but more recently, it tends to be a digital sensor. The more light that falls onto the film or sensor, the lighter the image.
Put simply, a camera consists of a light-tight box that stores a light-sensitive device (either a film or a digital sensor), a lens that magnifies and focuses the image onto that light-sensitive device through a hole in the box (called the aperture) , and a shutter that opens ...
