Customer Reviews

i hear its great if only i could receive it undamaged
2007-02-07Consumer Reports rates this CRT very highly but I received it twice, damaged during shipping (and gave up). I don't think it is packed very well. I shopped locally and they can't beat amazon's price ($40 differential plus you have to pay extra if you want help delivering the 100 lb tv). I'm now considering saving up and spending 2x the money for an LCD HD TV.

NOT HD!!!!!
2006-11-24This is a VERY good but SD TV.. Samsung makes 6 slim fit models and this is the only one that is NOT HD.. the TXS2782 is the HD version

Not HDTV as stated
2006-08-01I checked with the spec and Sumsung website, this is just a SDTV without HDMI input. This is definitely not a HDTV.

The more light that falls onto the film or sensor, the lighter the image.
Put simply, a camera consists of a light-tight box that stores a light-sensitive device (either a film or a digital sensor), a lens that magnifies and focuses the image onto that light-sensitive device through a hole in the box (called the aperture) , and a shutter that opens ...
