This sinus rinse was recommended by my allergist. I bicycle a lot in the San Francisco area and the air quality is often challenging because of particle pollution (due to the wind). Using this rinse each morning helps to clear the sinus passages no matter what I am doing, and using it after a bike ride is a great way to clear out allergens ingested during excercise. It is also very helpful when suffering from a head cold with sinus congestion, although what comes out then won't be pretty.

I've been teaching for over 10 years so I come into contact with a TON of germs.
