Doesn't fit.2009-04-02
Amazon lists this as a memory card for the Garmin Nuvi 500. It is physically too big. Buyer beware--don't count on Amazon to know what accessories work with the products they sell.
Dane 4G High Capacity Memory Card2009-02-12
This did not work for my camera. I did not know that I could not use a High Capacity card. So, it was a loss for me. I might use it to store photo's on on my computer drive J. It came quick. It was a good price. I recommend you make sure you have the right memory card before answering a "good deal!"
Customer Relations2009-01-07
I regret to have to inform you that one of the 4GB SHDC Memory Card that I purchased in late November from Dane has never been delivered to Patricia Jerde located at 214 E. Howard St. P.O. Box 437, Keewatin, MN 55753. However, you have charged me twice on 12/07/2009 $9.99 for the two Memeory Cards that I ordered. The second Memory Card that I purchased for myself aas delivered to my Des Moines, IA address. I am very satisfied with the product. I would like to have my Mastercard account credited $9.99 since the card I ordered for patricia Jerde was not delivered. Over the past few years, I have ordered several items through Amazon.com and I have been very satisfied with all of the products and excellent service from the vendors. This one order for a Memory Card that ws not delivered is the only problem that I have had to date. Thank YOu, Attanasio F. LaVia
Great Card. SDHC - Secure Digital High Capacity -2008-12-02
In Short, This is an SDHC card (secure digital high capacity) make sure your card reader, camera, palm or other electronic device supports SDHC because it is not backwards compatible with the classic SD format. Check your device's documentation; if you see no mention of SDHC get a 2 gig or smaller SD card. Hope that helps :)
4GB card will not work in my Dell Dimension E310 computer2007-12-02
The format of this SD card must be unique. My computer will not recognize it. My daughter's newer HP desktop will read it. So I have to download on hers and put on a stick, then move to mine. Yuck. Dane-Elec website seems out of order today.

Audio & Video Connections Guide
" For a list of all the ways technology has failed to improve the quality of life, please press three." - Alice Kahn This quote is certainly applicable to consumer electronics. From the very first commercially produced radios to the latest in high-definition television technology, the manner in which the components used to deliver our news, music, movies and entertainment are interconnected seems to have escaped logic. For both the newcomer and the old hand alike, connecting equipment in the most efficient and effective manner can be a painful chore. It is hoped this article will improve your background knowledge concerning potential A/V system connection schemes and where each is most appropriate. The next time you find yourself in a "connectivity quandary" perhaps the ideas shared here will help you to quickly solve the riddle of which wire goes where and why! Professional video camera
A Professional video camera (often called a Television camera even though the use has spread) is a high-end device for recording electronic moving images (as opposed to a movie camera, that records the images on film). Originally developed for use in television studios, they are now commonly used for corporate and educational videos, music videos, direct-to-video movies, etc. There are two types of professional video cameras: High end portable, recording cameras (essentially, high-end camcorders) used for ENG and EFP image acquisition, and studio cameras which lack the recording capability of a camcorder, and are often fixed on studio pedestals. Portable professional cameras are generally much larger than consumer cameras and are designed to be carried on the shoulder. Technology It is common for professional cameras to split the incoming light into the three primary colors that humans are able to see, feeding each color into a separate pickup tube (in older cameras) or charge ...
