It was easy to install, the battery life and sound quality are great even without the antenna. Overall a great product, definitely beats the sony shower radio I had previously.
Excellent Shower Radio! Good Sound and Water Tight!2008-12-31
Purchased this shower radio after returning a Sony model. Although bulkier than I expected, this radio has lived up to my expectations for a shower radio. The sound quality and reception is good and after a full year hanging under the shower head, it is still going strong. The extra features (clock and timer) are useful although I can't imagine anyone would have a use for the emergency light. It also doesn't use up batteries as quickly as I anticipated. Although pricier than the Sony shower radion, this radio is definitely worth it!
Good product, but bigger than I thought2008-12-31
I agree with most of other reviewers here that this is a decent product. But the reason I didn't give Five Stars rating is that it's bigger than I expected. Maybe it's just my perception, but if you just look at it on the picture, it looks smaller than the actual size.

This is one of the gotcha's of on-line shopping. When it finally arrived my home, Oh~~ No~~~ it's HUGE~~~~

But, still I'm fine with the size because I have relatively large bathroom.

This is not one of the best - this is THE VERY BEST shower radio I ever used. Easy to setup and operate, it has crystal-clear reception (very close to modern high-definition radio).
Bose quality sound - stop buying cheap shower radios!2008-12-29
I just received this radio as a Christmas gift from my wife, and I'm only upset that I didn't ask for one years ago. The sound is fabulous, the reception is great, and it's clearly a very sturdy and well-made unit. The weight surprised me (it's pretty heavy), but is a demonstration of the sturdiness of the unit. I love this radio, and so does my wife!
