16GB SDHC Card2010-03-12
I purchased this SD card for use in my Kodak Si8 camcorder. Every time I attempted to use it in the camera it locked the camera and I would have to remove the battery to get the camera operational again. With an 8GB card there was no problem with the camera. Don't know if it is an SD card problem or camera problem as the SD cards are from different manufacturers.
Don't Waste Your Money2010-03-11
I got the PNY 4GB memory card in November and it stopped working in February. One minute it was fine and the next I got an error message. Although this card was very inexpensive ($10) I thought it would last longer. The only positive out of the entire situation was that I didn't lose many pictures. I have both Kingston and SanDisk memory cards that are still working after years of initial purchase. I hope no one else has this problem but I will never buy this brand again.
Does the job2010-03-04
I got this to use in my new Sony TX7 digital camera and it works great. It's fast and gives me more than enough space for photos. I can get over 3,300 still photos or nearly 3 hours of video with this card. I also have PNY flash drives that work equally well and have never had a problem with them. Plus, this card is much cheaper than the Sony's memory stick. Although, if you don't need all that space then I would recommend a smaller GB card.
Works great with my new camcorder2010-02-20
Works, is quick copying files off of to my PC's, no way to know about longevity yet, hopefully it lasts a while, as I have had nothing but problems with sandisk cards... So I bought the PNY one this time.

I've used PNY memory products before and have never had a problem, so I don't expect to have an issue.

Needed something for my new Sony HD camcorder that actually uses an SD slot in addition to their proprietary sony cards, and since I have a macbook pro, i could just pull the card from the camera and put it right in the computer. So far it works great in both, no issues.

At a low 9M quality of HD recording, a 25 minute clip ran just under 2GB, so I'll have over 7.5 hours at this rate, which, despite being the second lowest of the four choices for 1080 recording, is amazing on my HDTV.
Wonderful Storage Device2010-02-19
Late last summer I purchased a new digital camera (Kodak M340). The only major drawback of the camera is that it has very little internal memory. Therefore, I needed to purchase a memory card. Since my camera can take both photos and video, I chose this 4GB flash card from PNY. The card holds up to 1179 photos, 100 minutes of video, or 60 minutes of HD video. I currently have over 150 pictures stored and three short videos and I've had no problems whatsoever with this flash memory card. If you're a casual photographer and purchase this memory card, you shouldn't have to buy any more for quite awhile. Highly recommended.
