Great Product
2008-11-16This is the best stoller, car seat combo for the price! I absolutly love mine and so does my daughter! The color is great because it doesnt show dirt or scatches! And I think it is by far the safest car seat on the market! I researed tons and had even purchased an Eddie Baurer combo. The car seat slid all over the seat. Very unsafe. The Graco however has two safety features to keep it in place! It's awesome, you'll love it!

Very nice but rather large
2008-11-09This is a really nice stroller and carseat. The only drawback is that it is humongous! The carseat is very deep so when my husband moves the driver seat back, the car seat won't fit behind his seat (in our Tahoe). But as long as we put the car seat behind the passenger seat, then it is fine. It really is a nice stroller....and I love the pattern!

GREAT BUY
2008-11-05i love this carseat and stroller set. The pattern is even better in person and very gender neutral. I've had 3 other strollers and this one is my favorite. It rides like a cadillac and folds down easiley and pretty flat. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the carseat is kinda heavy and with my big boy it's really heavy. But most carseats are heavy so it's not that much worse than any other. Both my sister and sister-in-law have the same set just different patterns so we got my mom a base and she can take any of our babies. Very convenient.

Gift review.
2008-10-25I purchased this for my daughter in law. My husband assembled it in about 15 minutes and it seems very substantial and easy to use.
I was interested to see that they have a diaper bag that matches the travel system.

Nice and easy
2008-10-24The stroller is nice.. a bit big, but easy to fold and unfold. It fits in the car (Subaru Outback) but doesn't leave much room for anything else. The Car seat is nice too, but really heavy and even heavier when the baby is in it. If I had to do it all over again, I would have choosen one that was a bit lighter. However, this got very good ratings and I felt it was safer. It also has a higher weight restriction.

Guidelines For The Nursing Mother
SINCE THE BEGINNING OF HUMANKIND, WOMEN HAVE PUT THEIR INFANTS TO BREAST.. Extending the physical bond that begins at conception, they have nourished and protected their young with their bodies. These tender moments, in return, have brought pleasure and fulfillment to the task of mothering. If you are now pregnant, you are probably looking forward to the time in which you will nourish, comfort, and protect your child in the same way as others before you--at the breast.
Perhaps you already feel committed to the idea of nursing. For you, there is no question that you'll breastfeed your baby. Or perhaps, like many women, you have some uncertainties, but still feel it's worth a try. Your outlook depends on many things--the value you place on breastfeeding, how your partner feels about it, how your friends have fed their babies, your lifestyle, your feelings about yourself and your body.

Playing With Your Child
While children do need time to play alone and with other children without adult intervention, research shows that playtime with parents is also important.
Children crave time with parents. It makes them feel special. Parents are encouraged to find time to spend playing with their kids on a regular basis. This should include one to one with each child and group time with all of the adults and kids in the home. If you are a single parent or have an only child, occasionally invite family or friends over to play.
In pretend play, let the child develop the theme. Get into their world. Let them go with it. Ask questions. Play along. Be silly along with them and have fun. Avoid over-stimulation. Know when it is time to stop.
Also, when appropriate, parents can use stuffed animals or puppets to act out real-life situations that can teach problem solving or social skills. Let the puppet demonstrate the wrong way to handle a situation. Then, along with input fr ...
