QUINTESSENTIAL INGREDIENT
2007-03-08I cannot imagine a brown sauce accompanying chicken, beef or lamb without the addition of green peppercorns from Madagascar, packed in brine. They always bring to mind a simple yet elegant meal in a small restaurant in the French countryside.
