2008-11-18It has helped my back out. I use it one a week and I must say it feels great. I pick kids up all day so to bend my back the other direction after work feels AMAZING!
overkill
2008-08-27the arch is the only part that matters, not the 'exercise' bit. you could save some money and space getting just a simple plastic arch to lay back on.
Great product! Good for your back and abs!
2008-08-07I have had this product for about 2 weeks. I have noticed that my abs changing from fat to muscle. I have a history of low back problems as well and have noticed that this product does help with reducing my back pain. I use the machine 7 days a week and do at least 100 sets per day. The only thing I think that could be better is the head rest. It needs to be a little thicker padding. I slide a small pillow behind my head and that works fine.

2008-07-24I purchased this about 3 weeks ago... my Husband and I LOVE it! It's compact, easy to assemble, and actually WORKS! We can't stay away from it. My husband has suffered two back injuries and this is the FIRST product that actually seems to help him. I am going to have major abdominal surgery in November, and wanted to strengthen my Abs and Back before hand. It's working wonders! We've already started the "Ok, it's my turn" thing. This piece of equipment will never become a clothes rack... Hurray!
nice stretch, too low to the ground
2008-07-13I was kind of disappointed after putting it together, didn't seem like much. I started using it and found that it does give a good stretch to the spinal area. The only flaw I see is that it way to low to the ground, needs to be raised up to about seat level.
