I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. It is a cute toy, but I expected Spongebob sound effects. But the nose just lit up. Very disappointed.

Since operation was always fun for me as a kid, to have Spongebob makes it more fun for my daughter and it is also funny. It isn't just body parts, it's a krabby patty, brain and more. Good way to teach kids how to count money also and it also gives parents a chance to play with their children.

This was a Christmas gift to a girl that is not a relative so therefore I feel I'm not qualified to give an educated review. It did look, however, to be a very fun game for children.
A Cute Alternative to the regular Operation Game2008-10-30
Very cute game. A little different take on the original Operation game. It still helps kids learn various parts of the human body, and where they belong. Also great to develop fine motor skills. My grandkids loved it!
