Great plates, not-so-great Amazon shipping2007-12-21
I really like these plates, and I looked at many different Xmas plates. But one of the fours sets I ordered arrived broken, and its replacement arrived broken, too. It was not double-boxed or marked "fragile," which seemed really odd. I've alerted Amazon Customer Service about this issue, but it's not clear that anything has been done yet. Apparently, according to CS, other folks have had this issue as well. It seems like a pretty simple problem to fix! Just pack them as if they were breakable, which they are!
