AVON BLUE GLIMMERSTICKS
2008-11-30AWESOME AND THEY LOOK SO GOOD ON ME. I LOVE THE COLOR AND HOW WELL THEY WORK. VERY PLEASED.

Color that makes your eyes pop!
2008-10-23These eyeliners are some of the best I've used. They're moist enough to glide on and yet stay on all day! Can not be beat for the price! I especially love the emerald green which has tons of color but doesn't look "made-up" or garish when on. My only wish is that they had more colors... I would purchase them all!

No poking your eyes out...
2008-10-17This is the product to use if you haven't found a way to sharpen wooden eye pencils. I poke the skin near my eyes sometimes and waste so much product from pencils from breakage or sharpening. So I just love this stick, you just twist it up like lipstick.

Love this item!
2008-09-29I absolutely love this product! Other eye liners I have used seem to fade during the day; not this one. This liner is definitely one I will continue to purchase. Gentle on sensitive eyes too!

Not Impressed
2008-07-16I'm not a big fan of this product. I love the "smoky eyes" look so I thought this product would be exactly what I need. I could barely tell I had it on, which was not the look I was going for. It also smeared a little too much without giving me the look that I wanted. With so many eyeliners on the market, including others from Avon, I wouldn't put this product on my "must get" list. However, to be fair, I only tried it in the black so if you are using another color, you probably will want a softer expression - meaning you notice the color without REALLY NOTICING the color. In that case it may work well for you.

Anti-Aging Haircolor Advice
Turn back the hands of time with these tips and tricks for coloring your own hair the smart way.
Maybe you've been coloring your hair for a long time. Or maybe you've never done it before but are willing to try. (Either for a change or to cover those stubborn grays that make you look so much older than you feel.)
According to Julia Youssef, Assistant Vice President, L'Oréal Technical Center, there are important things you need to know when choosing a brand and a shade, all having to do with your maturing hair and skin.
If you've never colored your hair:
Choose a shade matching or lighter than your own. For example, if you have medium brown hair, with or without grays, you can try light brown, or even dark blonde. Just don't try to go too light without a "high-lift" blonding product like Excellence Blonde Supreme by L'Oréal Paris. The goal is to keep your look soft, natural, and classic.
Think of this as an opportunity to express yourself, and to tr ...
How to Dress for a Summer Wedding
Black Tie
So you got the fancy invite in the mail, and in the bottom corner you see "Black Tie," which immediately sets off alarm bells in your head. After all, like Cinderella, you can't show up without the proper gown. (One wedding tip: not all invitations for black-tie weddings say so; you're wise to ask around if you suspect the bash might be an ultraformal affair.) But what exactly constitutes tuxedo attire these days? A good rule of thumb is that the dress should be long — either tea length (which hits mid-calf) or to the floor, hovering just above your fabulous strappy sandals and perky pedicure.
Strapless, halter and spaghetti-strap tops are great ways to show off your toned arms and light tan, and don't shy away from color. Basic black is, well, basic, and certainly you can't go wrong with it, but since it's summer, feel free to get a bit more daring. Bold reds and pinks will have heads turning (which might piss off the bride but will suit y ...
