Massager great for price2008-12-01
I bought this fan for my sister who occasionally gets back pain, it works wonderfully, it has a heat function and multiple massagers. Great for the price and really helps with back pain. You can sit on it at your desk or when you are watching TV.
Nice Massager. Inexpensive.2008-11-30
I've had the massager for almost a year, and I especially enjoy using it in the winter with the heat turned on. It feels great on your back, and warms up my cold leather recliner. Recommended usage time is probably no more than 15-20 minutes. After using it, I have to remove it form the chair because it isn't comfortable sitting on it with it turned off. All in all, it's a good product at it's current price of around $35.
Great back massager2008-11-05
Got what I paid for and then some. Nice massaging all over the back and the buttocks. Will purchase additional as xmas gifts.
Good for the price2008-10-08
This massager is a good one. The strength of the massaging parts is pretty strong. I would prefer the seat to be larger and the straps to secure it to a chair are way too short. I put mine on a recliner and the straps will not go all the way around.
Ehhhh2008-09-08
The price is great. The versatility is nice. You can use it on an office chair and it even comes with a plug so that you can use it in your car. Unfortunately, the massager gives more of a vibrating effect than a massage effect. Not impressive at all. If you're going to buy one of these, definately go with a high-end model. Bed Bath & Beyond has the more expensive models on display for customers to try out. Also worth noting, my massager broke two weeks into buying it. One day I tried to turn it on and it just wouldn't work.

Buy Anti Aging Products By Skin Type
The benefit of using an anti-aging firming cream is that the smoothness results are usually immediate. One application (preferably overnight) and by the next morning, gives your skin an enhanced glow. Shop around for a firming cream that is specific to your skin type and anti aging needs. For example, if you have sagging skin, wrinkles and puffy eyes, look for an anti aging product that has combination benefits – meaning it firms up skin, reduces wrinkles and puffiness. Research which ingredients will alleviate your signs of aging best and search for skin care products accordingly.
Triggers
A "trigger" is anything -- a sight, a sound, a smell, a feeling -- that can inspire cravings, usually by reminding the user of past drug or alcohol experiences. In the early days after detox, almost anything can be a trigger. Reading the news, hearing a song on the radio, seeing a TV commercial showing people in a bar having a good time, catching a whiff of marijuana as you walk past a group of people. It may be necessary to limit media consumption and come up with a list of avoidance behaviors at first to continue in recovery. Over time, external triggers are likely to lose some of their power. The alcoholic may be able to drive past a billboard with a picture of a cold glass of beer without experiencing a craving. More insidious are emotional triggers that may have contributed to the addiction in the first place -- feelings of not belonging, or anxiety about dating, for example. These will be different for everyone, and a personal relapse prevention plan should include a list of ...
