Great product, the only problem i have with it is the headphone jack is a little small, and if you do not watch is the headphone jack will be stacky and will not recieve well. Other than that the product is fine and you will save ton over retail

Nice clear case -- fits well. Lanyard and belt clip negligible. Obviously, profit comes from "postage" but product and shipping costs were $9 together, which was reasonable to get it to the middle of the Pacific. Case arrived promptly and in tact.

I like that it is a sturdy case - I don't have to worry about my Zune being damaged. The only qualm I have with this product is the hold button. There is a plastic piece that is supposed to fit over the hold button, so you can operate it from the outside. It doesn't seem to fit well enough to actually turn hold on and off however. I am yet to devise a way to easily access hold. Other than that, this product is well worth its price (I managed to purchase this while it was marked down to $1.99). I got clear, because I am boring and wasn't daring enough to get a real color. I should've gotten blue, now that I think of it. Oh well.

The case is very sturdy - perhaps a bit too much. First, if you don't seat the headphone just perfectly, you lose stereo and get plain mono. Second, I found the case to be difficult to open and close. If you plan to open and close the case a lot, it scratches easily.

The colors are nice.

This is a hard plastic see through case that completely covers the Zune, with the exception of the controls in the front. The screen is completely covered as well and provides all-over protection for the Zune. The USB cable is easy to plug in and is usable with the case on. They have even provided a plastic tab at the top (serves as movement for the on/off/hold switch at the top of your Zune). So unless you need to clean your actual player, there is never a need to remove it from the case. I ordered the Smoke (Dark Grey almost black tinged color) and the Blue which is true to the color. The Smoke looks better though and makes my Black Zune look much cooler. The case covers the entire Zune, but does not actually touch the screen, so there is extremely limited chance of the screen being scratched with or without the LCD peel off protector skin.

To the previous buyer, nowhere does it say that this case comes with an LCD screen protector, so you shouldn't blame the seller for your oversight. There are many sellers on Amazon selling Zune & other mp3 skins/cases and it specifically mentions whether the item ships with or without an LCD protector. FYI: ANYONE that owns ANY mp3 player should always purchase an LCD screen protector aka PDA screen protector. They are very inexpensive and are a must if you want additional protection against scratches or smudges for your mp3 screen. Look for PDA skins or Universal LCD screen protectors (some sell 12 in a pack) they are more inexpensive than just buying one skin and conform to all mp3 player screens.
