Nice, but Amazon shouldn't list it with the SR65
2008-04-09This kit is very nice. Unfortunately, I didn't read close enough. Amazon did one of their usual Buy this item with that item, blah blah blah. The thing is, it doesn't go with my camera. I have the SR65. It takes a different battery. I am not sure about the lenses and the filters. I am hoping they fit because I, in my excitement, unwrapped everything and got it ready for the camera, which didn't show up until 4 days after. By this time, I had thrown out all the packaging so I can't return it.
So, in summary, great kit for the right camera.
Advanced Accessory Kit for Sony Handycam Camcorder
2008-03-30Tripod, bag and battery charger are okay quality. Battery is a generic battery that does not work directly on the camera but must use a separate cord in order to work. Okay for the price paid. Have not tried any of the other items yet.
Advanced Accessory Kit for the Sony SR42 SR 62 SR82 Handycam Camcorder
2008-03-11The kit contained all the necessary accessories needed for a handycam. The tripod was, by its very design, not of a good quality. The long life rechargeable battery unfortunately did not have a long life (ok for the price!). Other items were of acceptable quality. All in all, for the price, it was a good deal.
STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER
2008-03-07I ordered my Accessory Kit on March 2nd with "expedited shipping" and still have not received it today 3/8/07. I have emailed DB Roth 3 times and have not received a response. What Customer Service? There is no evidence of service. Not having my gear on time is costing my small business money.
