THIS IS THE 3RD HP COMPACT PRINTER I HAVE PURCHASED. THIS ONE IS A BIT BIGGER IT'S CONSIDER A PRINT CENTER/KIOSK BUT IT'S STILL PORTABLE! THE PICTURE QUALITY IS ABSOULETY AMAZING. BETTER THAN MY HUGE EXPENSIVE KODAK PRINTER. COLORS ARE ALWAYS VERY VIBRANT AND PHOTO LAB QUALITY. THE FEATURES ARE TOP OF THE LINE, WITH A TOUCH OF A FINGER ADD FRAMES, CAPTIONS, TURN YOUR PICS BLACK/WHITE ETC....CUSTOMIZE PICTURES IN A SNAP. WE LIKE TO USE OUR PORTABLE PRINTERS AT PARTIES AND GUESTS CAN PRINT PICTURES TO TAKE HOME. DON'T MSIS OUT ON THIS ONE IT'S A BARGAIN AND I HAVE YET TO FIND THIS ONE IN ANY LOCAL STORE!

I have had this printer for quite a while. I had one of HP's original compact printers that allowed you to make a CD from your camera card and loved that one too........for a short amount of time. I used both printers A LOT. Now I have two HP printers with the same problem. They stopped feeding the paper into the printer. First I had the same problem as another reveiwer with getting messages about the paper loading and out of paper comment. I kept the first printer to continue to use the CD making feature. This 2nd printer will probably be tossed.

I do have this comment, however; I love the prints and the capablities of the printer. They are true-to-life color and fun to put the comments and frames on the pictures. I will try again and buy HP's newest compact printer. However, I will definitely buy the extended warranty if available.

Bought for a photo shoot with santa at my local business. I did all the photography and printing at the same time. Had the lines been a little longer I would have had to print later, a little slow on the printing speed, but makes up for it in the print quality. HP knows how to print photos. Every customer said the picture quality was better than any photo shoot with santa they have done in the past. That's all I have to say. Stick with HP and you can't go wrong.

Nice options and very easy to use,,,Replaced an Epson photomate with this HP printer for my wife, Much easier to use and ink Carts are less bulky and much easier to replace. My wife gives it an A+++

I would love to write a positive review for this product - if it didn't have so many problems. It is junk. It did work well for the first 6 months we owned it, but now it usually prints out the photos with strange colors. We have tried cleaning the ink and replacing the ink, and it still has problems.

Sometimes putting in a new ink cartridge will cause it to work for 5-10 pictures, and then it has problems again.

The ink is too expensive to only work for 5-10 pics.

It's a nice looking product and fits well in a tight area, so it's a shame that it's not reliable.
