No assistance2009-06-01
I called this seller several times to find out where the strap was to the carrying case. Each time I was told someone would "send it." I have never received it and it has not been followed up on. Those answering the phone seemed annoyed that they even had to discuss the matter. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR
