You don磘 have to do yogic breathing when you磖e practicing. The important thing to remember is that yoga teaches you to optimize your breathing capacity. Focus on completely exhaling all stale air from the body increasing the capacity to draw in more oxygen. When you inhale breath fully filling the chest and then the stomach, drawing in as much fresh air as possible.
Risk Factors for Heart Disease
The following is a list of risk factors for cardiovascular disease:

路 Having high total cholesterol, Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL), and/or triglyceride levels
路 Having low High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) levels
路 Hypertension (high blood pressure)

路 Having a family history of cardiovascular disease
路 Having impaired thyroid function
路 Alcohol abuse
路 Having certain liver or kidney diseases
