Clean Eating

I'm just on my 3rd issue and I feel that I've gotten my money's worth from this subscription already. Good, healthy recipes, (most have been easy to follow and turned out well). I'm also learning new things from the articles

I really can't review this product because I haven't recieved one yet. It apparently will take 3 months to get it so I don't have anything to judge. I'm not sure why it has to take so long to get a magazine, it only takes minutes for them to collect thier payment. Go figure!

This is a great magazine for healthy eating. The recipes are wonderful and the reviews and information was great. The book The Eat-Clean Diet is a wonderful companion to this magazine, too.The Eat-Clean Diet, Expanded Edition: Fast Fat-Loss that lasts Forever!

Ladies many of you are also talking about gaining weight after an Hysterectomy I too started gaining a few pounds...

But PLEASE be most aware of Hormonal supplements side effects.
The Doctors kept me on a Hormonal supplement longer then I should had been on from 1987-2002!

I NEVER WORRIED ABOUT MY HEALTH THINKING my doctor is looking out for my welfair, because I was very healthy and active. fine with my weight before the Hysterectomy.
Years later in 2002 has now cost me one of my legs from a blood clot at 47 yrs old...
Eat really good in life and be VERY careful about meds. READ as much as you can to save YOURSELF from future health issues about SIDE EFFECTS... it has cost me to even loose my spirit and Mobility.

It's now 2008 I live in a wheelchair and 70 pounds overweight after 6 yrs. as an Amputee... YOU CONTROL how long your on meds. I took by faith the doctors would take care of me and it's not fair when were at their Mercy!
I hope this will help you all by my mistakes in life choices...

I haven't received my fully paid Eat Clean magazine since MAY!!!
What is going on?

MAY!!!! It is now the end of AUGUST - 4 months!!! That's ridiculous.
