Don't expect these to block out a jack hammer, but they do a decent job of blocking low level sounds.

I was tired of using the same thing. Then I had heard of great success stories with this model, and not only do they feel better they work great.

I ride motorcycles and have tried many disposable and reusable ear plugs over the years and the 3M Disposable Ear Plugs are far and away the best ones I've used. They block out as much noise as others I've tried, are very soft, are very easy to insert, don't irritate my ear canal and, most importantly, are easy to remove. All the other ear plugs I've tried either irritate my ear canal or are very difficult to remove sometimes to the point of hurting when I pull them out. I highly recommend these ear plugs.

I have used the round-squared foam ear plugs in the past, but these are easier to insert and more comfortable to wear under a helmet.

I've been using earplugs for the last four years and had been using Mack's brand earplugs until recently. Mack's hurt my ears so I tried these when I saw them in a store. They are the most comfortable earplugs I have ever used!
