Works really well
2008-11-22I have been bothered by sinus allergies all my life but this pill is a life saver, I don't even need to take it everyday..works for more than 24 hours i would say...

aaaahhhh, relief at last!
2008-05-15Personally, it's the best solution for my allergies that i've come across so far. 45count Zyrtec at $30 = 0.66 cents per pill per day, playing soccer during allergy season without a runny nose and itchy eyes = priceless. I recommend purchasing a smaller quantity in order to check to see if it works well for you. I also highly recommend downloading the free "Alergy alert" widget from yahoo which tells you the weekly allergen count for your specific area. I only take it when the allergen count is high, so it's not necessary to take this pill every single day of the year.
p.s. have a blissful and beautiful day!

Life saver
2008-04-19I take Zyrtec for hives and it clears them right up. I have a lot of allergies, but I don't know what causes the hives. I don't think Zyrtec makes me sleepy. I work, have a part-time job, and go to school, so maybe I'm naturally tired sometimes. (-: Save money...buy the big bottle!

Kelp and flax for thyroid and heart health
Kelp is a sea weed containing large amount of soluble fiber, as well as minerals, including iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron. As a source of iodine kelp participates in producing thyroid hormones necessary for maintaining normal metabolism, but is potentially harmful to people with the specific thyroid problems when iodine is contraindicated.Flax, a seed of the plant used for thousand years for and linen, is also a rich source of soluble fibers, but what's more important, it contains a potent antioxidant and heart protector, Omega-3 fatty acids, in high concentration. Hens fed on flax seeds lay eggs with increased Omega-3 content, you can find them as "Omega-3 eggs" in most groceries.
Calcium (Ca) in Blood
Test Overview
A test for calcium in the blood measures the calcium level in the
body that is not stored in the bones. Calcium is the most plentiful mineral in
the body and one of the most important. The body needs it to build and repair
bones and teeth, help nerves function, make muscles contract, clot blood, and
allow proper function of the heart. Almost all of the calcium in the body is
stored in bone. The rest is found in the blood.
Under normal conditions, the level of calcium in the blood is
carefully controlled. When blood calcium levels fall (hypocalcemia),
calcium is released from bones to restore proper blood levels. When blood
calcium levels rise (hypercalcemia), the excess calcium may
be stored in bone or passed out of the body in urine and stool. This control
depends upon the:
