Kamik Women's Mazy Rain Boot

As many other reviewers stated, these boots are not for people with athletic calves. Consequently, they just fit around the calves. However, not only are they stylish, they also are comfortable to walk even longer distances in without "sloshing" around like some looser rain boots do. With an extra pair of socks, I hope also to be able to use these boots as winter boots, because they're tall and can prevent deep snow from sliding down the insides of the boots.

My daughter and I have been fan of Kamik boots for years. she and I love how durable, stylish and functional these are. You don't get that icky rubber boot feeling from these due to the greeat liner.

my daughter just graduated into the women's sizes and she is excited as there are better designs for the women's boots.

Very very well made, looks much more expensive/sofisticated than other rubber rain boots from super stores. I wear 9 and I ordered 9- fits well-tight on the width of my feet. It is tight on the calf area but it's roomy in ankle area. I see how if you have thicker calves, this may not be the right boots for you. If you have wider feet, you probably should go up a size. But if you have thick calves, this will not work for you. I have pretty slender (not skinny) legs (5'8 and 135lbs) and the calf area is just right for me (I don't even know if I have a room to tuck jeans inside).

These are terrific. I wear these every morning for about 3/4 of the year taking the dog to the park, and they keep my feet and legs dry in the wet morning grass. I've gone through many different types of rain boots and they have always started to split after several wears in various stress areas of the boots.

These don't have seams that will start to wear. In fact, these are highly durable and with daily wear i can see them lasting for a long time.

The inside has a fleecy lining, they're extremely comfortable and the tread is decent for mucking around in the mud and water.

One note is that they are narrow at the calf so you won't be able to fit your pants easily inside (i roll mine up or wear shorts).

I would definitely recommend these boots and if these ever give out i'll definitely look to replace them with the same ones.

These boots are as cute as I hoped they would be and have a good, grippy sole. They are a bit more snug than I would prefer around the calf but have a soft fabric lining inside and around the top which prevents the boot from rubbing where it's snug. If you are in between sizes, I would suggest sizing up and might not recommend these boots to people with athletic calves.
