DO NOT BUY... trust me.2008-12-04
The quality of my print diminished within the first 2 months. I had to replace the ink fairly quickly... whereas i hadnt changed the ink in TWO YEARS on my HP. So the ink is cheap, but if you have to buy it more often, it's POINTLESS... Oh and here's the real kicker... the color ink runs out for NO reason and you cannot replace only one cartridge, you always have to replace both! The ink head broke too. I got so frustrated that i banged the printer and broke the scanner glass. Kodak was nice enough to replace it, so now i'm just trying to sell it, I will never buy kodak again.
Doesn't Last--DON'T BUY IT!!2008-08-05
My husband and I purchased this printer so we'd have one that was compatible with Vista. This was a HUGE disappointment!! It was difficult to set up and get working. Once we did get it running, I was thrilled with the quality of the pictures I was printing (we'd just had our 2nd baby girl so I using this feature a lot). That was very short-lived however. My pictures, after only having the printer for 3 months, were all purple. So we went through the usual troubleshooting and fix-it-ourselves scenarios--buying and trying new ink cartridges, cleaning the heads, calling and e-mailing customer service, yadda-yadda-yadda. Finally, after much internet searching, I discovered that the print heads on this printer give out. Kodak will replace them, but it's a waste of time as they will just give out again. We were so frustrated and annoyed!!! Kodak should stick to making cameras and developing pics because they stink at making printers!! This thing wouldn't scan either. We gave it away and purchased an HP Photosmart C4385 All in One and have not had 1 issue with it. Finally I can print out, give, and enjoy the pictures of my baby girl without dreading it and wasting hours trying to get the printer to work. Go with the HP--it's worth the money--Kodak is NOT!
Great Printer2008-07-25
I have owned several Lexmark, HP, and Canon printers. Always hated the thought of running out of ink. It could be as bad as a trip to the grocery store. This printer performs beautifully. It doesn't let me down in the middle of something and the ink doesn't require a second mortgage.
Great printer2008-06-16
I absolutely love this printer. Easy to use, great pictures and the ink is half the price than others and one cartridge lasts a very long time. I had two Canon, one Epson and two HP printers before. This one is my favorite. The price was right too and oh...the scanner works great as well.
Don't do it2008-06-12
This printer is great in theory but in reality it is a total bomb. I have had nothing but problems with the software. Kodak knows of these problems so they send out new software to fix the old. I think I have had 4 new updates to fix the problem, but once you install the new something else breaks. The printer itself is a good idea but not worth the hassle of keeping up with the software glitches. DON'T BUY THIS!

Core 2 Duo Scaling
Laptop Scaling Intel's Core 2 Duo is easily the best mobile processor on the market today, boasting sky-high performance and low power consumption. But which CPU is for you: the super expensive T7600, the bargain-priced T5500, or something in between? This article will first take a look at the various versions of Core 2 Duo that Intel has to offer. We will compare Core 2 Duo clocked at four speed grades: 2.33GHz, 2.16GHz, 2GHz, and 1.83GHz in a variety of benchmarks and let you know how to get your best bang for the buck. Note: We will refer to a Core 2 Duo “T7000multiple times in this article. We were unable to get a Merom sample with 2MB L2 cache, thus we lowered the clock speed of our 4MB L2 model to 1.83GHz to perform near that of the T5600 (1.83GHz, 2MB L2 cache), resulting in our unofficial “T7000nomenclature. The Core 2 Duo Processor Intel has two lines of Core 2 Duo processors: notebook and desktop. Core 2 Duo for notebooks is codenamed Merom, while Core ...
