First such product we have purchased. I chose the JB based on consumer reviews and the fact our tech. people at work also use the JB. It works well and people seem to hear our conversations clearly. With the Blackberries we are issued - the phone is worthless in a crowd or loud environment because they pick up all ambient noise, the JB eliminates that and allows you to carry on a conversation. The only downside is getting it to fit correctly - which could be user error !!

Sound quality is good. A bit difficult getting the headset on when receiving a call. It is a little loose fitting on my ears so I need to move it around to get it fitted correctly.

I tried charing this item immediately upon arrival. I charged it until the light said it was ready, then linked it to my phone and tried to use it. At that point it turned itself off and when I turned it back on it beeped that it was on low charge. So I tried charging again and met with the same problem. I have returned the item, but have yet to be credited with my money back.

It is a great product works well. The only problem with the order is that I used the postal service to deliver it. Thsi is a big mistake. Any time I have used them, it takes weeks for the porduct to arrive. Never never use them for anything.
