memory2010-03-16
Its hard to do a review. This memory wont work on my computer. It only works with windows 7 and I still have the old reliable XP which I am not giving up. When it didn't work I went to the HP site and found out why. Maybe my problem for ASSUMING it would. I think the add needs to mention it only works with WINDOWS 7. George Silver
Fooled me twice. Shame on me.2010-03-15
For a piece of junk, I'm glad I paid so little for it. Reduces the shame, the guilt, the pain, of having purchased such a lousy product. First one arrived, none of my devices would recognize it, with or without the included adapter. Second one, same results. I thought it amusing the adapter worked with all of my other micro sdhc cards, but not the HP. Feh. Came close on my phone, but after formatting, it wouldn't properly recognize the card. Both returned. Not very sentimental.

Devices used: Sandisk Sansa 8GB, HP zd8000 laptop (built-in card reader), multi-format usb card reader, samsung rogue phone, and several SDHC adapters.
failed almost immediately2010-03-13
This card seemed to work fine for about two days and then all of the pictures stored on it were corrupted and unretrievable. I tried to access the data on the card using two different computers, two different phones and a PS3 and it was unreadable. This was all very disappointing because we lost almost all of our vacation photos. Luckily we had two cameras and the other had a reliable memory card.
Both failed in a short time2010-02-15
I got a pair of these. Both failed, one out of the box and the other one at a very bad time on a vacation. The second one didn't last more than 3 weeks.

Terrible quality control. I wouldn't trust it for anything important.
Works like a charm...2010-02-07
Great card combo. This card filled my needs perfectly for a great price! Fast, reliable and affordable...

View Finder - A small eyepiece or screen on the camera that allows you to see the image you're recording. (The camera also acts as a VCR, so you can play back and watch what you have already recorded through the view finder). White Balance - If you ever ended up with yellow-tinted video, chances are you forgot to white balance. It's worthwhile to white balance every time you use your camera to get the highest quality video. If your camera doesn't have this feature, it may have an automatic or internal system. What white balancing does is adjust the intensity of the colors being recorded according to the existing light. Make sure you white balance every time the lighting conditions change; if you record video inside and then go outside, your lighting conditions have changed and you need to instruc ...
Camera basics: shutter-speed, aperture and ISO
In this article, I’ll introduce you to the basic elements that you can use to control exposure in your shooting. If you have a digital SLR, there will be a way to set all of these controls on your camera, but since they differ between manufacturers and models, you’ll need to refer to your camera’s manual to find out exactly how to change them. All cameras, whether an ancient film camera, or a more modern digital, work in pretty much the same way. Photographs are taken by letting light fall onto a light-sensitive medium, which records the image. Traditionally, this has been film, but more recently, it tends to be a digital sensor. The more light that falls onto the film or sensor, the lighter the image. Put simply, a camera consists of a light-tight box that stores a light-sensitive device (either a film or a digital sensor), a lens that magnifies and focuses the image onto that light-sensitive device through a hole in the box (called the aperture) , and a shutter that opens ...
