Reinvigorated our cedar closets ! Easy enough for an amateur !2008-06-03
That vacuum bag works amazingly well, see for yourself how much dust that bug picks up leaving less work for your broom and handvacs.

Our cedar lined closets Giles & Kendall #FL-60-15N Red Cedar Closet Liner lost their aroma DESPITE SANDING DEWALT D26441K Heavy-Duty 2.4 Amp Orbital 1/4 Sheet Sander with Cloth Dust Bag with fine, medium than heavy (80 grit) and power sanders, we couldn't restart the aromatic effects even after using the cedar oil.

We planed the walls down 1/32 of an inch and had less dust to deal with because of the vacuum bag, the bag has an external zipper and is easy to empty and doesn't even require removal from the planer !

The closets wreak of cedar again, even the rest of the house smells of cedar just like it was brand new wood and we were able to easily collect the shavings and keep them in a bucket for other aromatic purposes.
Super Planer2007-12-25
The Bosch 3365 is by far one of the best planers out. Even with its single blade it easily outperforms the double blade dewalt and a makita models. No regrets in buying it.
great dust collection2007-03-29
Dust collection is downright awesome w/ my WAP 840A vacuum. Well built power planer.
The little planer that could!2004-11-13
I put this guy to the test with a project that should have been beyond it's limits and it performed like a star! Unable to remove the finish from some 85 yr old oak flooring by sanding or scraping, this planer saved the day. In a pinch, I actualy planed about 500 sq feet of oak flooring (in place) with this unit - a task greater than what it was designed for I'm guessing. Probably 40 hours of actual use on that project and the planer just kept going. Now, I did go through about a dozen blades in that process, but this planer (and my knees) took the beating and saved a now beautiful old floor. This is a great planer for a good price and while, yes, it only has one blade, it's worked great for me in everything I've asked it to do as a homeowner.
For the money, you can't beat it...2001-10-24
I purchased this planer hoping it would last at least a few jobs, and was pleasantly surprised. Lightweight, powerful, comfortable to use, and a smooth depth setting takes the guesswork out of it, unlike the Makita's, which I've owned, hated, and returned. A newly converted Bosch enthusaist, I have nothing bad to say, well, except for the lack of a case. Picky, picky, I know
